01Who we are

This policy explains how Mockivo (“we”) handles personal data on mockivo.com. For any privacy question, contact us at the email address below.

02What we collect

Waitlist answers: your email address, name, store links, store details, goals, spending ranges, price expectations and any notes you add. We save your answers after each step, so we keep what you entered even if you do not finish the survey.

Technical data: pages visited, approximate country, device and browser type, collected in aggregate by our analytics tools without cookies.

Security data: Cloudflare processes IP addresses and request data to protect the site from abuse, including the Turnstile check on the waitlist form.

03How we use it

To run the waitlist and invite stores, to plan our product and pricing, to contact you about Mockivo, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell personal data.

04Legal basis

We process waitlist data with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Security processing is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the site.

05Service providers

Cloudflare (hosting, security, Turnstile and Web Analytics), Supabase (database hosted in the EU), PostHog (product analytics hosted in the EU, used without cookies) and Google Workspace (email). They process data on our behalf under data processing terms.

06How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it.

07Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Turkey’s KVKK), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email us and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
